The ACS polishing crew took over Blue Valley Northwest High School this summer to grind and polish 45,000 square feet of concrete flooring. This had to be done in only 6 weeks. The floor was a fully exposed aggregate finish, polished to a 3000 grit sheen. SSCO Dynamic testing and Gloss reading were done to insure safety and sheen level. ACS had to team up with our friends at Royale Concrete to pull this off in time. The crews worked around the clock together and got it done ahead of schedule.+

The unique entrance, complete with modern awning, consists of concrete stairs that transition to additional bench seating for scheduled events. Integrated step lights were set into the concrete risers to help light up in the evenings and stick with the clean-lined style. A reveal was added in the riser to create some very cool, and very hard to create, stairs. ACS Then added a waterproof cementitious micro topping to the stairs and upper landing as there was a basement below that had to be protected from water.+
